Workratz Consultancy is tucked away over at House Number 1068/10 A in Sadar Bazar. If you know Gurgaon, you know how busy Sadar Bazar gets. It is always crowded with people and scooters. We have been here for a while now. Most days we are just buried in paperwork and talking to people who come by. The name sounds a bit funny but it reflects how much we actually work. Our office isn't fancy. It is just a practical space where we handle consulting tasks. Sometimes the tea stall downstairs is the highlight of the day. We don't have a big receptionist or anything like that. You just walk in and someone will help you out. Dealing with the traffic to get here is the hardest part. Once you are inside, it is quiet enough to get things done. We handle various business queries. It is a local operation through and through. We started small and stayed that way because it works for us. People in the neighborhood know where to find us. We don't really do much advertising. Most of it is just word of mouth from others in Haryana. It gets hot in the summer months so we keep the fans going all day. That is pretty much who we are, just a group of people working out of a house in the middle of a very busy market.
