Exl Service Pvt. Ltd. is situated at 373/4 Street-1 in Ram Nagar, Gurgaon. It’s right in the heart of a very local neighborhood, so you get all the sights and sounds of Haryana 122001 right outside the window. Street-1 can get a bit congested during the rush hour, and there’s always someone honking their horn. Inside our building, it’s a different story. We have rows of desks and people working on their monitors. Since we do service work, the atmosphere is focused, and there’s a lot of typing going on. We have a small break area where the fridge is always stuffed with lunch boxes. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of living and working in Gurgaon. The walls are a plain off-white, and we’ve got a few notice boards with old memos that nobody reads anymore. It’s a simple setup without any of the flashy stuff you see in the big tech parks. We’ve been in Ram Nagar for a while, and we know the local shops where we get our snacks. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so it feels like a familiar routine.
