Uttkal Consultancy is based at Plot No-361/1 in Kitan Pana. It’s a bit of a different setup compared to the high-rise offices you see in the rest of Gurgaon. This is a more local area, and we operate out of a space that's part of a larger plot. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re just following a map, as the lanes can be a bit confusing and the numbering isn't always clear. We’ve been here for some time now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. It’s much more grounded here. We don't have a big glass front or a fancy sign. It’s just a practical office where we handle our consultancy business. There are often cows wandering nearby or local kids playing in the street. Inside, it’s just a few rooms with desks and basic office equipment. We don't have any of those modern office perks like bean bags or a cafeteria. We usually bring our own lunch or get something from the small local shops nearby. It’s a very straightforward way to work. We focus on our tasks and don't worry much about the corporate image. It’s a bit dusty sometimes because of the nearby roads, but we keep the place tidy enough. We like the fact that it's a real place with real people around us. It keeps us focused on what we need to do each day.
