We are Uthaan Breeding Private Limited. Our office is over at 602, Mariner Home, which is part of G-26 in South City, Gurgaon. The pin code is 122011. It’s a residential-feeling area, but we run our breeding business from here. Gurgaon is a fast-paced place, but South City is a bit more settled. We focus on the breeding side of things, which involves a lot of record-keeping and planning. It’s not a shop front where you can just walk in, it’s more of an administrative hub for us. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The building is decent and it’s easy enough for our partners to get to. We aren't interested in being a huge corporate entity. We just want to do our work and do it right. Sometimes the internet is slow, which makes things difficult, but that's just life here. We don't have a big team, just a few of us making sure everything is on track. We handle the logistics of the breeding programs from this office. It’s a lot of coordination. Most of our work happens behind the scenes. We like the location because it’s central to Haryana but still away from the absolute worst of the city noise. It works for us. We stay busy with the files and the phone calls every day of the week. Not much to look at, but it’s our base. We just keep our heads down and work.
