Better Milk Private Limited is located on Medha Vartmata Road, which is part of the Gurugram Circle-2 area. It’s a pretty busy part of town these days with all the traffic and new buildings popping up everywhere. We focus on getting milk processed and moved out to the shops and homes. The morning shift is always the hardest because everything has to happen so fast. We have to make sure the trucks are loaded and the cooling systems are running right. It gets pretty loud in the facility with all the bottles and crates moving around. We don't really have a big marketing team or anything like that, we just have a few guys who have been doing this for years. The road outside can be a mess when it rains, which makes deliveries a bit of a nightmare, but we manage to get through it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world, we just want to make sure the milk we handle is handled right and that we don't fall behind on our daily schedule. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the night fixing it so we don't lose any stock. It’s just a regular job for us, nothing too special. We like being in Gurugram because everything is close by, even if it is a bit crowded. Most of us live just a few minutes away so we’re always around the shop.
