Our place is located at 1181 in Sector 43, not too far from the Park Hospital in Gurgaon. It’s a handy landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs, a few tables, and the usual office equipment that hums in the background all day. Upshelters Consultancy isn't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a small group of people working together in this corner of Haryana. A lot of our day involves talking to clients and trying to figure out the best way to handle their requests. It isn't always exciting, but it’s the work we do. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or try to sound more sophisticated than we are. We just speak plainly and do the job. The parking around Sector 43 can be a bit of a gamble sometimes, but we’ve learned where the good spots are. Inside, it’s mostly quiet, except for the sound of typing and the occasional phone ringing. We don’t have a fancy coffee bar, but there’s always a jar of instant coffee and a kettle if anyone needs a drink. It’s a simple, functional space where we put in our hours and try to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. We don't have a huge sign out front, just a small one so people know they've reached the right house.
