We are over in Sector 81, specifically in Flat No 1004, Tower I of Bestech Park View Ananda. It’s a bit further out from the main Gurgaon city center, so it feels a lot less crowded. We moved U2CA Consultants here because we wanted a space that didn't feel like a typical sterile office. Working from a residential tower has its quirks. You get to know the security guards and the delivery guys pretty well. The flat has been converted into our workspace, so we have different teams sitting in different rooms. It can get a bit loud during meetings if everyone is talking at once, but we manage. Being on the tenth floor gives us a good view of the surrounding construction and the new developments coming up in this part of Gurgaon. We spend a lot of time on our computers, mostly dealing with consultancy work. It’s not glamorous, but it keeps the lights on. We usually have lunch together in the kitchen area. It’s a very casual vibe. We don’t wear suits unless we absolutely have to for a meeting outside. Most days, it's just jeans and t-shirts. The commute can be a bit long for some of us, but the quiet environment makes up for it. We’ve been here for a while and have settled into a nice routine. It’s just a group of people working hard in a regular apartment.
