We operate TSight Consulting from House Number 412 in South City Heights. Being in South City I means we are right in the middle of everything in Gurgaon. It’s a busy apartment complex area, so there’s always movement around. Our office is a bit tucked away, which is nice when we need to concentrate. It’s a small operation. We don’t have a hundred employees or a massive suite. It’s just a few rooms where we handle our consulting work. We spend a lot of time on our computers and meeting with people who need our help. It’s not the kind of place with a fancy coffee machine or a pool table. We just have our chairs, some desks, and a lot of files. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a blessing in the Gurgaon heat. We started this because we saw a need for what we do and decided to just go for it. It hasn’t always been easy, but we’ve stayed steady. We don’t really do much in the way of self-promotion. People usually hear about us from someone else. It feels more like a small family business than a big corporation. We know each other’s names and what’s going on in our lives. It makes the workday go by faster. We are just regular people trying to do a good job from our little corner of South City Heights. It is what it is.
