Our office is over at Plot No. 76 D in Udyog Vihar Phase 4. It’s a well-known spot in Sector 18. Thinkaloud Consulting is basically just a few of us in a room with some laptops and a lot of coffee to keep us going. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers looking over our shoulders. It's just a small team trying to stay on top of the workload. The building itself is pretty plain from the outside. We share the plot with a few other businesses, so there’s always someone coming or going in the hallway. It’s not the quietest place in the world, but it has a good energy to it. We usually start our day early to beat the worst of the Gurgaon traffic. If you’ve ever driven near Sector 18, you know how it gets during rush hour. The work we do involves a lot of thinking and planning, hence the name, though we don't always talk out loud as much as you’d think. It’s a lot of quiet concentration most of the time. We don't put on any acts here. If the office is a bit messy with papers, that’s just how it is when we’re busy with a client. We aren't into the whole polished professional look. We just care about getting the numbers and the advice right for everyone. It’s a decent way to earn a living in Udyog Vihar.
