Technocrafts Die Casting is situated at 135, Sector-3 in IMT Manesar. This whole area is full of factories and warehouses, and we fit right in with the rest of them. The work we do involves a lot of heat and pressure because that’s just how die casting goes. It’s not the kind of place where you want to wear a clean white shirt. We’ve got machines that run most of the day, and the floor is always covered in something or other. Our team is a mix of older guys who have seen it all and some younger ones who are still learning the ropes. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Manesar, just a reliable one that people can talk to without any fuss. The office is just a small room off to the side of the main shop floor where we keep the records and take our calls. Sometimes the power goes out or a machine breaks down, and we all have to jump in to fix it. That’s just part of the daily routine here. We don't have any big speeches about our values; we just show up and get the casting done. It’s a basic operation, but we take care of the stuff we make. Most of our neighbors in Sector-3 are doing similar things, so there’s a bit of a community feel among the workers here during the lunch hour. We just keep our heads down and work hard.
