Alcozin Alloy Castings is tucked away in Phase-III of Udyog Vihar in Gurgaon. If you know the area, you know it's all about industry and getting things made. Our place at number 443 is pretty much what you’d expect from an alloy casting spot. It’s loud, it’s hot, and there is always something being moved around. We don't spend money on fancy reception areas or glossy brochures. Most of our time is spent on the shop floor dealing with the moulds and the metal. The air smells like oil and heat most days. We have a small crew of guys who have been doing this for years. They don't need much direction; they just know what needs to happen. Gurgaon has changed a lot around us with all the big tech buildings, but here in Phase-III, we still do things the old-fashioned way. It’s hard work and your clothes get ruined pretty fast, but we like it. We don't have a social media person or anyone to make us look "cool." We are just a local business making parts. When the machines are humming, you can barely hear yourself think, but that’s just a normal Tuesday for us. We keep things straightforward and don't make promises we can't keep. It's just a group of us working hard in a noisy shed. That's the reality of it and we don't try to hide it.
