We operate out of Sector 70 in Gurugram, specifically from the Unitechvistas complex. It’s a residential area, so it’s a bit quieter than the main city center. Strongarm Guards was set up to help with security and facility needs around here. The address is A-10/404, which is where we handle the paperwork and the hiring. Being based in a residential tower means we see exactly what families and residents are looking for in terms of safety. It’s a small operation, run as an OPC, so it’s very hands-on. We spend a lot of time talking to the guards and making sure everyone is where they should be. It’s not always perfect; sometimes someone calls out sick and we have to scramble to find a replacement, but that’s the nature of the job. Gurugram is a big place, and Sector 70 is still growing. We’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up recently. We try to keep things simple and honest. We aren’t some massive corporation with hundreds of offices. It’s just a local business trying to do a decent job for the neighborhood. Our focus is really just on making sure the gates are watched and the facilities are looked after. Most of our staff live nearby, so they know the area well. It’s just plain, hard work every day to keep things moving. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth usually does the job for us.
