Our place is located at House Number 69 in Sector 14, right here in Gurgaon. It’s a standard house that we’ve turned into our workspace. Since we are in the middle of a residential sector, it feels a lot more personal than a big glass building. We spend most of our time dealing with property details and helping people figure out where they want to be. There’s always a map on the table or a listing we’re going over. Sector 14 is a nice area, pretty central, so we get people stopping by quite often. We don't have a front desk with a fancy receptionist or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find one of us sitting there with a cup of tea and a stack of papers. We know the local market because we live and work right in it. It’s not about big corporate talk here. We just tell people what we know about the buildings and the land around Gurgaon. The work can be a bit repetitive, checking titles and looking at floor plans, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that we can just step outside and be in a normal neighborhood. It keeps us realistic about what people are actually looking for when they talk about property. It is just a simple office in a house, and that is fine with us. We stay busy with the local real estate.
