Spinks India is located at Makan No. 140 in Basai Enclave, which is part of Sector-9 in Gurgaon. It is a busy little corner of Haryana. The building is a regular house-style setup, which is quite common for businesses in this part of Gurgaon. We like it this way because it feels more personal and less like a giant machine. When you come to Sector-9, you see a lot of people just trying to make a living, and we are no different. We spend our time managing the daily tasks that come with running Spinks India. There is not any corporate speak here; we just talk like normal people and get the work finished. The area around Basai Enclave can get a bit crowded, but it is a good spot to be in because of the connections to the rest of the city. We have been at Makan No. 140 for a bit, and the neighbors are all used to us by now. We do not have any fancy signs or a big lobby. It is just a place where work happens. We focus on being practical. If something needs doing, we do it. If a problem comes up, we fix it. We do not need a mission statement to tell us how to work. We just show up every day at our spot in Gurgaon and do what we are supposed to do. It is simple and it works for us.
