Sorabh Dairy

Sorabh Dairy is our little establishment located at C Block 102 in Sushant Lok. Our daily routine is quite different from most other shops because we have to be up and running very early in the morning. When most people are still in bed, we are already here at the shop, receiving the fresh milk and dairy products for the day. It is a quiet and peaceful time of day in Sushant Lok, which we really enjoy before the rush starts. Once the sun comes up, our neighbors start arriving to get their milk, curd, and paneer for their breakfast and tea. We keep the shop very simple. We have large refrigerators to keep everything cold and a counter where we serve the customers. We don't have any flashy advertisements or corporate branding. We just focus on providing fresh dairy products every single day. Being in C Block means we have a lot of regular customers who live just a few houses away. We know many of them by name and have seen their children grow up over the years. It is a very local and personal way to do business. The shop at 102 is not very large, but it serves the community well. We spend our time checking the stock, cleaning the floors, and chatting with the people who stop by. We don't have any big ambitions to be a huge company. We are just happy to be a small part of the morning for everyone in Sushant Lok.
