We are located at Hno 16 in Silokra City, which is right near Sector 31 in Gurgaon. It is a pretty convenient spot since we are just opposite South City. The area has changed a lot over the years with all the new buildings coming up, but our little corner stays busy. We handle the flavor and ingredient side of things here. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets to make sure the inventory is right. The office is basically a house that we use for work, so it feels a bit more relaxed than those huge glass towers you see in other parts of Gurgaon. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and sometimes share lunch when things aren't too hectic. It is easy to find us if you are coming from the main road, but the traffic near Sector 31 can be a bit of a mess during rush hour. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a receptionist at a glass desk. It is just us working in the rooms, making sure the ingredients get where they need to go. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but we just wait it out and get back to it. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do every day. We know the local delivery guys by name and they know where to drop the boxes.
