Smilearc Dental Clinic

Smilearc Dental Clinic is tucked away in Shop No 520 at Saini Plaza. If you know the H-block area of Palam Vihar, you probably pass by here quite often. We’ve been set up in this spot for some time, and it’s become a bit of a second home for us. The plaza is usually quite busy with people running errands, and we’re just one of the many small businesses here. It’s a straightforward setup. We have a front desk where we handle the paperwork and a couple of rooms for the actual dental work. Nothing too complicated. It can get a little loud in the hallway when the other shops are busy, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of the equipment. We don't spend much on flashy decorations or big advertisements. We mostly rely on people in Palam Vihar seeing our sign or hearing about us from a friend. Most days are pretty routine, seeing families or people who work in the nearby offices. It’s a practical place. We try to keep things organized, though sometimes the desk gets a little messy with files during a long shift. We use the same tools as everyone else and just focus on getting the job done. It’s nice being part of the local block. You get to know the other shop owners and the people who live in the apartments around here.
