Simu Dairy Farm & Foods

You can find Simu Dairy Farm & Foods at Shop No.3 in Sector 18, right near Ifco Chowk. We are very close to the Community Centre, which is a good landmark for people who are trying to find us for the first time. My day starts very early, usually around four in the morning, when the fresh milk is delivered from the farms. We have to get everything ready before the morning rush starts at six. People from the nearby apartments come in for their daily packets of milk, fresh curd, and paneer. We also keep some basic grocery items like bread and eggs because it saves our customers a trip to a bigger store. The shop is small, but we keep it as clean as possible, especially since we are dealing with dairy products that can spoil quickly in the heat. The refrigerator units take up most of the space against the back wall. Sometimes the power goes out, and I have to worry about the temperature, but we have a small generator to keep things running. It is a busy life, and I don't get many days off, but I like the routine of it. Sector 18 is a lively area, and being near Ifco Chowk means there is always someone passing by. We see a lot of office workers grabbing a quick lassi or a snack in the afternoon. It is just a simple dairy shop serving the local people who live and work around here and need fresh things for their homes.
