Shrine International

Our place, Shrine International, is located at 814/10 on Basai Road. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of shops and small businesses all lined up next to each other. We’ve been here for several years. The office is tucked into a corner of the building. It’s a bit cramped with all the samples and documents we have to keep for the records. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts. It’s just traditional desks and some sturdy chairs that have been around as long as the business has. We spend a lot of time talking to people from different places over the phone, which keeps things interesting. The traffic on Basai Road can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we usually try to get in early to beat the crowd. We’ve got a small crew, and we all know each other’s families by now. It’s that kind of place. We don't go for flashy advertisements or big billboards. Most of our work comes from people we've known for a long time. The walls are covered with a few old calendars and some maps that are starting to curl at the edges. It feels like a real workspace, not a showroom for visitors. Sometimes the printer jams and we all have to take turns trying to fix it with a screwdriver. That’s just life here. We like the local vibe of the area. There’s a good tea stall just down the road that we visit every single morning.
