Our place is at Q 232 in South City-I, over in Sector 40 of Gurgaon. It is a residential area, so our office feels a lot like a home because it used to be one. We’ve converted the rooms into workspaces. It is much quieter here than the main parts of Gurgaon with all those tall glass buildings. We are an enterprise, so we handle a variety of business tasks throughout the week. You won't find any marble lobbies or security guards in suits here. Instead, you just walk up the path and knock on the door. Inside, we have our desks set up where the living room used to be. It’s a comfortable way to work. We have a small kitchen where we make our own coffee and sometimes share a meal if we’re working on something big. The trees outside give a nice bit of shade during the hot Haryana summers. We prefer this kind of setup because it keeps our overhead low and things feel more personal. We know our neighbors and try not to make too much noise. Most of the people working here have been with the company for a long time. We just focus on our daily chores and make sure our clients are taken care of without any big fuss or drama. It’s a steady pace of life in Sector 40 that suits us well.
