Sani Building Materials

We set up Sani Building Materials over in Janakpuri, on Jharsa Road in Sector 31. It’s a central enough spot for us to handle everything. The yard is usually full of different supplies because that’s the nature of the business. It’s not always the neatest place, but we know where everything is. Jharsa Road stays fairly busy, so there is always a lot of movement around Sector 31. We don’t have a big front office with a receptionist. Most of the time, we’re out back or helping someone load up a truck. We’ve been in Janakpuri for a while, and the locals know where to find us. It’s an honest, working environment. We handle a lot of different building materials, so there’s always something to be moved or sorted. The weather can make it tough sometimes, especially when it’s dusty, but we just get on with it. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the flashiest. Sani Building Materials is just a place where you can get what you need for a project without any fuss. We keep the inventory moving and try to stay organized as best we can. If you’re driving through Sector 31, we’re the ones on Jharsa Road with the stacks of supplies. It’s a simple business run by people who know the trade. There is always a truck being loaded or some pallets being moved. We just keep going until the work is done.
