Deepak Concrete Industries

We are located in Sector 17, right by the Atul Kataria Chowk. If you know where the Air Force Station is, we are just a short distance from there. Being near the station means we hear the planes every now and then, which is something you just get used to after a week or two. The yard is where we spend most of our time. Concrete is heavy, messy work, so the ground is usually covered in grey dust and there are piles of gravel here and there. It’s not a place for nice clothes. We wear our old work shirts and sturdy boots because that’s what the job needs. Most mornings start early before the heat gets too bad in this part of town. We have our equipment set up in the back and there's usually a truck or two waiting to be filled. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big lobby or a receptionist. If you come by, you’ll probably find someone covered in dust near the machines or checking the batches. It’s quiet enough on the weekends, but during the week, it’s all go. We’ve seen a lot of buildings go up around this sector lately. Sometimes we just stand by the gate and watch the change. We’ve been here long enough that the landmarks feel like home. It’s just a regular workplace where we focus on the day’s tasks and hope the weather stays clear for the pouring.
