Sahara Care House

Sahara Care House is located on the second floor of Infinite Tower A in DLF Phase 2. If you know the area, you know how crazy the traffic gets around Shankar Chowk and the Shiv Building. We are right in the middle of all that noise. The building itself is big but our space feels much smaller once you get inside. We have been here for a bit, dealing with the daily stuff that comes with running a care house. It is mostly just about keeping things clean and making sure the residents are okay. The elevator in this building is sometimes slow so a lot of us just take the stairs. It is good exercise I guess. We have a small kitchen where we make tea and simple meals. It always smells like ginger and spices in the hallway. The furniture is a bit old and some of the chairs have stains we can't quite get out. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who show up every day and do the work. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons when the sun hits the windows. We try to keep the curtains closed but it stays warm anyway. It is a simple place with regular people. We just try to get through the day without too many problems with the plumbing or the electricity.
