Our college is located in Janaula Pataudi, which is part of the Farukh Nagar tehsil in Gurgaon. It’s a bit far from the main city, so the surroundings are much more quiet and open. We focus on training people to become teachers. The campus is basically a large building with several classrooms and a library that stays pretty busy. Since we are in the 122506 area, a lot of our students come from the nearby villages. They usually take the bus or ride their bikes to get here. The rooms are plain with whiteboards and wooden benches. It’s a practical setup without any unnecessary decorations. We have a small staff room where we sit and talk about the day's lessons over tea. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow because of our location, but we manage to get the work done anyway. The grounds have some grass and a few trees, which is nice when the weather is good. During the admissions season, it gets a bit chaotic with all the paperwork, but the rest of the year is fairly routine. We don’t have a big canteen, so most people bring their own lunch. It’s a place for serious study without any of the distractions you’d find in a big city. People come here because they want a stable career in education. It’s a straightforward path and we just provide the space for them to learn.
