You can find Rubber Spares Industries at 95, Idc Mehrauli Road. It’s an industrial area, so it’s mostly warehouses and manufacturing units around us. We have been here for a good number of years, working with rubber parts and spares. The building is a bit gray and looks like every other factory on the block, but inside we are always busy. There is a specific smell of rubber that never really goes away, no matter how much we clean. We have machines running most of the time, making parts for all sorts of different industries. It’s not a quiet place, but it’s a productive one. Our office is just a small corner of the building with some old desks and a few filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don't spend much on marketing or trying to look like a big corporate firm. We are just a group of people who know a lot about rubber and how to mold it into what's needed. Most of the staff have been with us for a long time, so we work together pretty well without needing to say much. The traffic on Mehrauli Road can be a nightmare in the evenings, but we just stay until the work is done. It’s a straightforward business with no hidden extras. We just make the parts, pack them up, and send them out to whoever ordered them. That’s how we've always operated and it keeps things moving.
