We are based at Plot No.-586 in Sector-8 of Imt Manesar. If you’ve ever been to Manesar, you know it’s a massive industrial hub. Our plot is just one of many in Sector-8, but it’s where we do all our work. The building is a large industrial structure that fits all our equipment. It’s not a place for visitors to come and see pretty things. It’s a workplace. We spend our days on the factory floor or in the small office area off to the side. The heat in Haryana can be pretty intense during the summer months, so we just do our best to stay cool and keep things moving. There’s a lot of truck traffic in and out of the sector, which is just part of being in an industrial zone. We don’t have a lot of corporate rules or a fancy dress code. Most of us just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the area grow quite a bit. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive environment. We don’t spend time on self-promotion; we just look at the schedule and get to work. It’s a honest way to earn a living in a part of the country that never really sleeps. Our focus is just on getting through the daily list and starting again tomorrow.
