Royal Enterprises is located on the 2nd floor of Ajay Plaza, right along NH-8 in the Kherki Daula area of Gurgaon. We’re situated quite close to the Hotel Ajay Residency. Being on the highway means there’s a constant drone of trucks and cars passing by at all hours. It’s a busy part of Gurgaon, especially with the toll plaza not being too far off. Our office is a straightforward space. We don’t have any fancy decorations on the walls, just the essentials like desks and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our time managing the day-to-day tasks of the business. It’s not always glamorous work. Some days involve a lot of phone calls and others are spent just catching up on paperwork that has piled up. The building itself is okay, though the stairs can be a bit dusty from all the construction nearby. We like being in this location because it’s right in the middle of a lot of industrial activity. We don't have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the door to filing receipts. Sometimes the power cuts out and the generator takes a minute to kick in, which gives us a brief break. We just try to get through the list of things to do and keep the operation running. It’s a simple, local business and we’ve been here for a good while now. We know the neighbors and the local routines.
