A. K. Trading Company is based in the Queens Plaza Shopping Center, specifically in the C Block. We are located on the Mall Road in Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon. It is a busy part of the city, and the shopping center has a lot of different businesses coming and going. Our unit is fairly basic, with some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and plenty of filing cabinets for our records. Trading involves a lot of back-and-forth on the phone and keeping track of various goods, so the office is rarely silent. We don't have a fancy interior designer's touch here; the furniture is practical and chosen because it lasts. Mall Road can get incredibly congested, so we usually try to get into work early to avoid the worst of the traffic. There’s a lot of energy in this part of Gurgaon, but inside our office, we try to keep things calm and focused. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the world; we just want to handle our trades well and keep our accounts in order. We have a small team, and we all chip in with whatever needs doing, whether it's filing papers or making tea for a guest. It’s a very human way of working where we don't hide behind corporate jargon. We just tell it like it is and hope the day goes smoothly without too many logistics hiccups or delays. It is a steady routine that keeps us busy from morning until evening.
