Richwood Design Pvt. Ltd. is located at M-209 in South City 1. It is a decent area to work in, though parking can sometimes be a bit of a headache for visitors. We spend most of our time looking at sketches and working with different types of wood and materials. The office isn't as tidy as you might expect a design place to be because there are always samples and drawings scattered across the tables. We started this because we liked making things, and it just grew from there. Our team is small, and we often find ourselves debating over the smallest details of a project. It’s not always smooth sailing; sometimes a design doesn't look right once you see it in person, and we have to start over. We get a lot of noise from the tools when we are prototyping things. South City 1 has changed quite a bit since we moved into this unit. We have neighbors who are doing all sorts of different businesses, so there is a nice mix of people around. We usually have sawdust on the floor and some coffee cups sitting around. It’s a practical workspace where we try to get things done. We don't do much advertising; most people just hear about us from someone else. We just focus on the project in front of us and try to make sure it’s sturdy and looks okay.
