Dkor

Dkor is based at Plot No. 9 in Dhanwapur Village, which is right near Sector 104 and the Dwarka Expressway. It’s a part of town that is changing every single day with new buildings going up everywhere you look. We mostly handle interior stuff, trying to make these new spaces feel a bit more like home. It’s not all about picking out expensive furniture. A lot of the time, we’re just trying to figure out how to make a small room feel bigger or where to put the lights so you can actually see what you’re doing. Our office in Dhanwapur is pretty modest. We have piles of catalogs and fabric swatches all over the place. We don't really have a big staff, so everyone here knows how to do a bit of everything. We spend a lot of time talking to local vendors and trying to find the right materials for each job. It can be a bit of a headache when things don't arrive on time, but we’ve learned to deal with it. We don't go in for fancy talk or trying to sound like a big international firm. We’re just a local business trying to do a decent job for people who live around here. Most of our clients come from the nearby apartments along the expressway. We just sit down with them and try to figure out a plan that fits.
