You can find Rephine Consulting India Private Limited at Plot No. 106/6 in the IMT Manesar area. It’s a busy industrial zone in Gurugram, so there’s always a lot of noise and movement outside from the factories. Our office is a plain, functional building that we’ve been using for a while now. We don’t have any fancy artwork on the walls or expensive carpets. Instead, we have rows of filing cabinets and sturdy desks that can handle a lot of paperwork. The floor is just plain tiles that are easy to sweep. We spend most of our time looking over consulting reports and talking to our clients on the phone. The commute out to 122051 can be a bit long because of the traffic on the highway, but we’ve all gotten used to it by now. We usually bring our own tiffin boxes for lunch and eat together in the small break area. There is a water cooler in the corner that makes a loud bubbling sound every few minutes. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure all the details are right. It’s a regular job in a regular part of town.
