Our place is right on the Old Delhi Gurgaon Road in Sector 14, just across from the ICICI Bank. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always noise and people moving about. We’ve been operating from here for a while now, handling whatever property business comes our way. It’s a mix of things, really. Some days we are looking at old houses that need work, and other days it’s about newer developments. We don’t spend much on advertising or anything like that. Most of the people who come to us saw our sign or heard about us from a friend. The office is pretty basic, just the essentials like a desk, some chairs, and a lot of folders. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to track down owners or checking on status updates. It can be a bit chaotic when three people walk in at once, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm out there, just a reliable spot where you can get some help with real estate. People around here know us, and we know the local market pretty well because we see it every day. We just take things as they come. If a deal works out, great. If not, we keep looking. It’s practical, everyday work. We keep the doors open and see who needs help with their property stuff next. It is a long day usually, but we like the pace.
