It’s a fast-moving area with a lot of new buildings going up all the time. We spend a lot of our hours out on the road moving from one house to another with our ladders and buckets. Gurgaon is a big place but we know our way around the sectors pretty well by now. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are just a group of guys who know how to handle a brush and a roller. Most of our days are spent covered in little dots of white or yellow paint. It’s messy work but someone has to do it. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the vans get a bit cluttered with drop cloths and tape. We meet all kinds of homeowners and managers around Sector 47. Some are in a hurry and some like to talk. We just listen and get to work. The sun can be quite hot when we are doing outside walls. We take breaks when we can and then get back to it. There isn't any secret to what we do. It’s just showing up every morning and putting in the effort. That is how we have always done things here.
