Rakesh Kumar Jain

I am located at 431 12 on New Railway Road, over in the Jacombpura area. It’s a busy part of the city, and there is always some kind of traffic outside. I’ve been at this address for quite a while now. The building is older, and you can tell by the way the floor creaks a bit. I don’t mind it though. It has a certain feel that the newer buildings don't have. My day usually starts with the sound of cars and people starting their morning. I spend most of my time here, dealing with whatever comes through the door. It’s not a big operation. I keep things manageable so I can handle it all properly. The walls are a bit plain, and I haven't really bothered with decorations. I figure people are coming here for a reason, and it’s not to look at pictures on the wall. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic when several things happen at once, but I manage. New Railway Road is always changing, with new shops opening and others closing down. I’ve managed to stay put. It feels like home after so many years. I know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers. We all just go about our business. It’s a straightforward life here. I do my work, talk to the people who stop by, and try to keep things moving. It’s a practical way to live. I don't need much more than that. It is enough.
