Rajiv Nayar Advisors operates out of Flat 1A in Building Ma1/6. We are tucked away in Garden Estate, right off the Mehrauli Gurgaon Road. It’s a pretty well-known spot in this part of Haryana. Our office isn't your typical glass-and-steel setup. Since we're in a residential estate, it feels a bit more like a home, which actually suits us just fine. We handle advisory work as a private limited company. It’s a lot of meetings and going through documents. The MG Road area is always packed with people and cars, so having this little base in Garden Estate is like a bit of a breather from all that. We don't use much fancy jargon here. We just talk to people, give our advice, and try to be as helpful as we can. Usually, there's some tea going and someone is probably complaining about the traffic outside. We’ve been at 122002 for a good stretch of time now. It’s just a group of us working together, trying to keep things organized. We don't have a giant marketing budget or anything like that. Word of mouth is usually how people hear about us. We prefer it that way because it keeps things simple and honest. We just show up to the flat, do the hours, and head home when the work is finished. It’s a steady pace that works for us and the people we help out.
