Our office is on the third floor of Life Tower, room 304, in the Vatika Seven Lamps complex. This is out in Sector-82 of Gurugram. It is a newer part of town, so things are still being built up around us. The building itself is quite tall and easy to spot from a distance. We have been here since the tower opened up for occupants. The office is a decent size for our group. We have a few cabins and an open area where the rest of us sit. It has that typical office smell of paper and printer ink. We have tried to put a few plants around to make it look a bit more lively, but we keep forgetting to water them. The view from the third floor is not very high, but we can see the main road and the construction going on nearby. It gets a bit noisy during the day with all the trucks passing by, but we have mostly tuned it out by now. We usually bring our own lunch and eat together in the small break area. It is a pretty straightforward setup. We do not have a receptionist or anything like that; if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door just goes and opens it. It is a practical, no-nonsense place to work, and it serves us well for what we need to do on a daily basis.
