Patel Building Material

We are over at Plot No. 303, Rdct, in Indira Colony 2, Sector 52. Our business, Patel Building Material, is basically just a big yard filled with everything you need to build something. We have piles of bricks, bags of cement, and stacks of rebar taking up most of the space. It’s a messy place, and your shoes will definitely get dirty if you walk around here. We spend the day loading trucks and unloading them when the suppliers arrive. It’s heavy work, and it keeps us in shape, for better or worse. The office is just a small shack on the edge of the plot where we keep the books and take payments. We don't have a fancy computer or a flashy sign. Most people find us because they live nearby or they’ve seen our trucks driving around Sector 52. Indira Colony is a growing area, so there’s always someone building a new wall or fixing a roof. We talk to everyone who comes in, from big-time builders to people just doing a little DIY. It’s a plain way to earn a living, but it’s what we know. Sometimes we run out of something and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be frustrating, but that's the way things go. We don't try to be anything we’re not. We’re just a local yard with building supplies, trying to keep up with the work every day.
