We are based out in Jaswa, which is near the border area between Gurgaon and Jhajjar. If you follow the signs for Boards Jhajjar, you will find the village eventually. It is a bit of a trek from the main city centers, which suits us just fine. The landscape out here is mostly open fields and industrial plots. Our facility is a big part of the local scene. There is a lot of activity around the gate during shift changes. You see people on bikes and some walking from the nearby houses. The site itself is large and can be a bit overwhelming if you aren't used to it. There is always the sound of machinery humming in the background. It is a constant drone that you eventually stop noticing. We have a lot of storage space and the yard is usually full of materials waiting to be moved. The staff here are mostly locals who have been with us since we started. There is a lot of shared history in these walls. We don't spend much time on fancy decorations or anything. The walls are mostly bare, and the desks are functional. We focus on getting the product out and keeping the machines running. It is practical work for practical people. The weather out here can be harsh, really hot in the summer and cold in the winter, but we just keep going regardless of the temperature. It is a tough spot but it belongs to us and our neighbors.
