My little shop is just called Painter and you can find it at number 8 in the Malai Market over in Sector 43. I didn't see the point in coming up with a long or complicated name when everyone just needs to know what I do. The market is a lively place, and I like being right in the middle of it. My space is small and filled with the smell of thinners and fresh paint. I keep my tools organized as best as I can, but there is always a bit of a mess. I’ve lived around this area for years, so I know most of the people who walk past my door every day. When a job comes in, I pack up my gear and head out. I don't have a fancy truck, just a basic way to get my stuff from one place to another. Some days I am painting a kitchen, and other days I am outside under the sun working on a fence. It is tired work, especially when the weather gets hot, but I prefer being active over sitting behind a desk. I don't do any big marketing or anything like that. My name is on the door and people know where to find me if they need something painted. It is a straightforward life and I am happy with how things are going in the market.
