Pagan Paints & Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is based out in Village Mankrolla. To find us, you have to head towards the Ghari Harsaru post area. It’s a rural setting, which is quite different from being in the middle of a big industrial estate. We have our facility set up here among the fields and local houses. It’s a quiet place most of the time, except for when we have shipments arriving or leaving. We deal with paints and various chemicals, so we need a fair amount of space, which we have here in Mankrolla. The people who work here are mostly from the surrounding villages. We don't have a fancy reception area or a polished showroom. It’s a working site where we focus on the actual production and mixing. The roads leading out here can be a bit rough, especially after the rain, but we make it work. We've been here for a good while, and we've grown to fit the space we have. It’s a no-nonsense type of operation. We don't spend money on big ads or anything like that. We just focus on making the product and getting it out to where it needs to go. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but that’s just life in a village. We take it as it comes and keep the business moving as best as we can.
