Ora Care Cosmetic Dental Clinic

Our clinic is located at E/12 in Supermart 2, which is over in the DLF City area, specifically around Phase 4 and Phase 2. It’s a very busy part of Gurgaon, especially around the Supermart because there are so many shops and offices nearby. I usually get here early to make sure everything is ready before the first patient arrives. It’s a dental clinic, so we do a lot of work on the cosmetic side, like fixing smiles and making sure teeth look their best. The office is bright and clean, though it definitely has that specific dental smell that everyone knows. We have a couple of dental chairs and all the equipment we need tucked into the space. It’s not a massive corporate facility, just a local clinic that we’ve run for quite some time. I spend my day looking at X-rays and talking to people about their dental health. The traffic in DLF can be a real nightmare, so I always hear people complaining about how long it took them to find a parking spot when they walk in. I keep a small radio on the counter to have some background music. We don't have a big marketing department or polished scripts for when people call. We just answer their questions and do our jobs. It’s a busy environment, but we try to keep things relaxed inside. Sometimes the sink in the back leaks a bit, but we just put a bucket under it until it gets fixed.
