Nne Pharmaplan

Nne Pharmaplan is based in Manesar at CP 12 A, Sector 8. We are quite close to the Aliyor Gaon area and the Nestle R&D Centre, which is a big landmark around here. Working in Sector 8 means being part of a huge industrial zone where things are always moving. We mostly focus on the engineering and planning side for pharmaceutical companies. The office is a busy place with people looking over drawings and technical documents all day. Manesar is a bit of a commute for some of us, but you get used to the drive. The area has changed a lot with all these big companies like Nestle India Limited setting up nearby. It’s a very professional environment, but we try to keep things friendly inside the office. We don't really go out and push ourselves with big sales pitches. Most of our work comes from being part of the global network and handling the specific needs of the Indian pharma market. The weather in Manesar can be pretty harsh in the summer, but the office stays cool. We have various departments working together on these big projects. We have people from all over coming here to work every morning. It’s a lot of technical stuff that requires a lot of attention to detail. We just focus on getting the plans right and meeting the timelines. It’s a solid place to work if you like the industrial side of things.
