Solar Engineers

Our office is on the third floor of the building right across from the Air Force School on the Old Delhi-Gurgaon Road. We have shops number 1 and 2, which gives us enough room to keep our engineering drawings and solar equipment organized. Being near Sector 14 in Gurgaon means there is always something going on nearby. The road outside stays busy almost all day, so we hear the honking and the buses constantly. It is an older building, and sometimes the elevator is a bit slow, but we don't mind the wait. We started Solar Engineers because we knew how to work with the technology and wanted to do it on our own terms. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees. It is just a handful of us who spend our time either here at the desks or out on a roof somewhere installing panels. We keep things pretty informal around here. You will usually find us in jeans and work shirts rather than suits. We have a small pantry where we make our own tea, and that is about as fancy as it gets. It is a practical workplace for people who actually like the technical side of solar energy. We just handle the projects as they come in and try to stay on top of the paperwork that comes with working in Haryana.
