Mba

This little place called Mba is located over at 24 Subhash Nagar, right near Pal Road in Jodhpur. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you know the area, though the street gets a bit narrow when there’s a lot of traffic. We’ve been operating out of this building for some time now. The walls inside could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it’s functional for what we do every day. Jodhpur gets incredibly hot in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the coolers are running right so we can actually get some work done. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We don't have any big corporate signs or a reception desk with a fancy person waiting. You just walk in and talk to whoever is available at the desk. There’s usually a pile of papers somewhere and a few chairs for visitors to sit on while we chat. We try to keep things straightforward. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, but mostly it's just steady work from morning until evening. We aren't trying to be the biggest business in town, just one that stays open so the people in Subhash Nagar can drop into whenever they need something handled. It’s a quiet life for the most part, aside from the noise of the main road nearby. The Pal Road traffic is usually at its worst around five in the evening, so we try to get our deliveries out before that happens.
