Our office for Marvell Semiconductor India Pvt Ltd is over in G-310, Jalvayu Vihar, in Sector-30. It’s a bit of an interesting spot because Gurgaon can be so loud and busy, but this area feels a little more settled. We’ve been operating out of this location for a while, and it works for us. Inside, it’s mostly what you’d expect—computers, some lab equipment, and a lot of wires. We aren't the type of place that has a big reception desk with flowers. It’s more about the work we do on the chips and the tech stuff. The staff here is a mix of people, some who have been in Haryana for a long time and others who moved here for the job. We spend a lot of our time troubleshooting or looking at designs on our screens. Sometimes we have lunch together at the little shops nearby, but mostly we’re focused on the projects at hand. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s important to the people who use the technology we help create. We don’t talk much about "visions" or anything like that. We just show up in Sector-30, deal with the commute, and put in our hours. The office gets a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby, but we keep the equipment clean. It’s a regular workplace for people who like solving technical problems and getting things right without making a big fuss.
