Tcil

Our office for Tcil is located at U28/5 in DLF Phase 3. If you know Gurgaon, you know how crowded Phase 3 can get. We've been based here for a bit. It’s a busy area with lots of people coming and going. We do our work from this building. It’s nothing special to look at from the outside. Just a normal workspace with desks and computers. We deal with various projects and technical things mostly. Some of us have lived in the city for a long time. Others commute in from further away. The roads around here can be a bit tricky during rush hour. We just show up and get the job done. We don't spend money on fancy signs or decor. It’s more about the actual work for us. Sometimes we grab tea from the stall nearby. That’s usually the highlight of the afternoon. We have a small team. Everyone knows each other. It’s not a corporate environment where you don't know your neighbor. We just keep things moving. There is always something to fix or a report to finish. We aren't trying to change the world. We just want to do right by the people we work with. It's a simple operation at the end of the day. We have some old plants by the window that we forget to water sometimes. The desks are a bit messy but we know where everything is. It’s just how we function.
