Magic Tokri Private Limited

Magic Tokri is based out of H. No. 214-P on the ground floor in Sector 47, Gurugram. It’s a residential area, so we are right in the middle of the neighborhood. We deal with a lot of different grocery items, trying to keep the "tokri" or basket full of what people need. The space is a bit small, but we make it work by staying organized. We have crates stacked along the walls and a small desk for the billing. It’s mostly family and a few helpers running the show. We started this in Gurgaon-122001 because we live nearby and saw a need for it. The street gets a bit busy in the evenings when everyone is coming home from work. We spend our mornings talking to vendors and our afternoons sorting out the orders. It’s a lot of physical work, honestly. We don't have fancy software; we just use a notebook and a simple computer. Sometimes we make mistakes with the count, but we always fix it. It feels like a real part of the community here. We aren't some big corporation from far away. We’re just local people selling food and household stuff. The Haryana heat can be a bit much in the summer, but we keep the fans going and get on with it. It isn't always perfect, but we try to be helpful to the neighbors who shop here.
