We are located out in Village Pahanda in the Durg district. Even though our name says Gurgaon, this is where we actually are. It is near the post office in the village. It is a very quiet area compared to the big cities. There are no tall buildings or heavy traffic jams around here. Most of the time, it’s just the local people going about their business. We have a small office space that is very basic. We don't have air conditioning in every room, just some fans to keep the air moving when it gets hot. Being in a village means we know most of the people who walk by. It’s a very simple lifestyle. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a corporate identity. We just use this space to get our work done. The post office is the main landmark for anyone trying to find us. Chhattisgarh can get very warm, and the dust from the fields sometimes comes in. We don't mind it much. It’s an honest place to work. There are no fancy meetings or dress codes here. We just wear what is practical for the weather and the job. Our day starts early and ends when the work is finished. It’s not a complicated setup. We don't have any big slogans. We are just a small group of people working out of Village Pahanda and that is the truth of it.
