You can find A D S Engineering Pvt Ltd over at 668 Sector 37, Phase II. It is a standard industrial sector layout, so all the buildings look a bit similar until you get close. We have been operating out of this facility for quite some time. It is a two-story setup where the ground floor is mostly for the heavier engineering work and the upper floor is where we do the planning and the paperwork. The floor is concrete and has some oil stains here and there from the projects we have handled over the months. We don't really have a fancy lobby for visitors. Most people who come here are suppliers or technicians, so they just walk right into the work area. The noise from the neighboring units is constant, but we have grown used to it. We have a small corner where we keep a stove for making tea, which is pretty much the most important part of the morning. Our desks are covered in blueprints and spare parts that we haven't found a home for yet. It is a bit messy, but we know where everything is. We don't spend much on marketing or making the place look polished. We would rather spend that on better tools or fixing up the machines we use every day. It is just a group of us trying to get the engineering bits right for our clients.
