So, we operate out of Flat No 0207 in the Cosmos Executive Apartment. It’s right over in Palam Vihar, not too far from Ansal Plaza. Leaves And Spices Enterprises Private Limited is what we call ourselves, but mostly it’s just a few of us working on spice blends and tea leaves. It’s a quiet enough spot for an office. We liked being near the plaza because it makes it easy for people to find us if they really need to. We started this because we all liked cooking with actual good spices. There’s a lot of stuff out there that doesn't taste like much, so we wanted to do something different. We aren't a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a small-scale operation run from the apartment. Sometimes the hallway smells like cardamom or cumin, which the neighbors don’t seem to mind too much. We spend a lot of time sorting through different batches and making sure the stuff is actually good. It’s hard work, and my hands usually end up smelling like turmeric for days. We don’t have a flashy storefront. It’s just us, some boxes, and a lot of paperwork to keep track of everything. We’ve been in Palam Vihar for a while now and it feels like home. We just want to keep providing honest spices and leaves without making it complicated. Most days we are just packing bags and answering emails from folks who want to know what's in stock. We don't have a big team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything to keep things moving along nicely.
